Meetings in London
Although it has been a while ago, here are some shots from the meetings in London.
Meetings often turned into a discussion at the pub with a few pints.
Cheers!

UK Tour 2008
As much as being so busy, I enjoyed so much of my time back in the city.
Some where in the air of Russia???
Got to be on British Airways as I used to work for them. Highly recommended.
About to land to London. Overview of the River Thames from the East side towards the centre.
One of our member of the project, Masaki and his gf, Maki-chan. Both are absolutely smooth and welcomed me.
Thanks a lot!
Nana-chan(right) and Masaki. Both have very critical roles on the project.
Will post more pics from London soon. And of course the content of the project. It is going to be pretty interesting.

STOCKIST 2008 @ Jiyu Gakuen

My friend, Mitsunori & Hiromi a.k.a, Bob Foundation, who actively works globally launched a paper brand called No. 62 last year. They took part in an exhibition called "Stockist" that took place in Jiyu Gakuen's Hall, an architect designed by Frank Loyd Wright.
The exhibition, or perhaps it's more so a trade show for those small but quality interior brands, was seemed to be very successful with a lot of people and the venue was pretty amazing as you can see above.

Amazing cultural architects
Went to check out one of the possible venue of the event project that we are currently working on.
Absolutely brilliant! It is called "Kyu Iwasaki-tei" (Ex Manor of the Iwasaki) in Ueno.
The building was owned by the Iwasaki, the family who were the origin of Mitsubishi conglomerate, build in the late 18th century. The architects consist of a traditional Japanese house and a Victorian style British manor house, done by a British architect, Josiah Conder.
Around this era, late 18th ~ early 19th century in Japan, the combination of the two diversed cultures were nicely mixed with many respects to each other.
Now in the 21st century. Are we finding the right mix? I think it's still work-in-progress and that something we'll help to accelerate.
